Nicolene du Toit was admitted as a solicitor, notary public and conveyancer in South Africa and migrated to New Zealand in 1995. After re-qualifying, she has been serving clients in New Zealand since 1999. She and Warren Kay practiced in partnership under the name North Harbour Law in Orewa until Warren’s retirement in 2006.

Nicolene then merged that practice with Hunt Edward Worker and the four partners practiced in Orewa as North Harbour Law until 2021.

Nicolene joined the Legal Team in 2021. Nicolene is a dedicated and experienced lawyer who is client focused and very easy to deal with. She is also a Notary Public so can assist with any documents that need to be notarised.
